Co-Owner Ryan Thomas
Ryan Thomas is a co-owner of Granite Ridge Properties LLC. He specializes in custom home building and all aspects of real estate. With 15 years in the real estate industry, Ryan brings a wealth of experience as well as a passion for creating exceptional homes and investment opportunities. Ryan’s journey began with his wife Jenn, purchasing distressed multi-family dwellings, refurbishing them, and transforming communities. In the past decade Granite Ridge Properties LLC has evolved into a family business involving their children Ava and Owen who regularly participate in daily operations. In 2013, Ryan had the privilege of meeting Craig Fowler, a seasoned home builder with over 40 years of experience. Together, Ryan and Craig ventured into buying, renovating, holding, and renting homes in New Hampshire before expanding into custom home builds jointly. With Craigs mentorship and depth of knowledge in custom home building and Ryan’s knowledge of real estate investment this partnership focuses on the intricacies of custom home construction.
